Vinnie Porrett, is a New Jersey based drummer, performer, and teacher. He has been playing the drums since the age of 9. His interest in every style of music has given him the ability to play and teach at a remarkable level. Vinnie’s hard work and obsessive passion for the drums and overall music has awarded him with a scholarship from Zildjian to study at the Collective School of Music located in New York City. When he’s not drumming with Legacy, he plays in various musical settings, and enjoys teaching the art of drumming to his students at his home studio in New Jersey.
