THE LEGACY BAND MADE OUR DAY: My husband and I got married on Memorial Day Weekend, 2023. Candice (band lead/coordinator) worked with me in the months leading up to the wedding to help plan the flow of the day. The band provides you with an EXTENSIVE list of popular songs… that was even broken down into parts of the night (i.e., first dance, father-daughter, etc.)!! We chose a somewhat different song for our first dance which was “Hand Me Downs” by Mac Miller. Not only was the band so excited to perform this live, but they absolutely KILLED it. We told them the exact time stamps that we wanted for our songs and they were perfect. We also hired the band to provide music for the ceremony and the cocktail hour. For our ceremony, I chose a specific piano version of a song and for the precessional which were both not very common and they of course slayed that too. My night was sooooo busy and Candice helped keep me on track because I most likely would have just danced all night. Honestly, I don’t even recall them taking their dinner break because they transitioned so smoothly and played great dinner music. We have a picture with the band in our wedding album, that’s how much they made our day!!
